This 12-hour training explores the 10-step Yoga Nidra / NSDR (Non Sleep, Deep Rest) framework within a trauma-informed, therapeutic context. Participants learn the purpose and application of each step, nervous system regulation principles, and practical strategies for adapting practices for sensitive populations, including anxiety, trauma histories, neurodivergence, chronic pain, and insomnia.
