Understand the Nervous System’s Role
Explore how the nervous system, breathing, movement, pain, stress, and lived experience can influence pelvic-floor tension and function.
Follow a Clear Framework
The six pillars help you recognize where to begin, what to prioritize, and how to support meaningful progress over time.
Support the Person, Not Just the Symptoms
Learn to select and adapt education, regulation, breathing, and movement practices based on the individual—not a one-size-fits-all prescription.
About the course
The Pelvic Peace Protocol™ is a professional continuing-education course for yoga therapists, yoga teachers, and wellness professionals who want a thoughtful, adaptable approach to supporting pelvic tension, persistent pain, and anxiety. The course is organized around six connected pillars: Assess, Educate, Regulate, Restore, Build Resilience, and Integrate. Together, they provide a practical process for recognizing where to begin, deciding what to prioritize, and adapting support as a person’s needs change. Through clear instruction, experiential practices, and case application, you’ll learn how to gather relevant information, explain complex concepts accessibly, select and adapt supportive practices, and help each person carry what they learn into daily life.
Alicia Cuglietta, C-IAYT, E-RYT YACEP
Alicia Cuglietta is a certified yoga therapist, trauma-informed yoga therapist, and pelvic-floor yoga therapist with more than 20 years of teaching experience and nearly 2,000 hours of professional training. Her work specializes in pelvic-floor dysfunction, persistent pain, anxiety, and nervous-system regulation. Through years of supporting clients—and through her own experience with pelvic-floor tension—Alicia recognized that lasting change often requires more than exercises alone. She created the Pelvic Peace Protocol™ to give yoga therapists and other wellness professionals a thoughtful, practical way to understand the connections among the nervous system, breathing, movement, pain, and pelvic health—and to support each person with greater confidence and care.

What people are saying
Reflections from clients and students who have experienced Alicia’s private yoga therapy, group classes, and professional training.
“I really enjoyed the Yoga Nidra training. The movement and stillness examples were especially valuable, and I gained a better understanding of how to adapt the practice for daytime and nighttime use and for different populations. I left feeling confident in designing and leading Yoga Nidra sessions and would be interested in taking future trainings with Alicia.”
Continuing Education Training Participant
“I am very serious about my yoga practice and mindful of the energy an instructor brings to class. Alicia has a genuine understanding of her students’ needs and of how mind, body, and spirit work together to create a healthy whole. Her authenticity and ability to create a beautiful practice make her classes a gift I give to myself.”

Amazing Experience! My experience with Alicia was phenomenal. Not only did she help me physically, but she helped me mentally. Learning the proper breathing techniques has helped in my day-to-day life. I really enjoyed learning the different exercises and why they are important for certain parts of your body! I went specifically for pelvic floor therapy due to some postpartum issues. I definitely feel an improvement and now it’s all about the self-discipline to keep it up. Thank you, Alicia!
